I danced for 11 years of my life including ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, and pom - so I know some dancer moves that will really make you feel good. That's what I love about dancing exercises. It doesnt feel like you are "working"...its just fun and you feel great afterwords! You don't have to do anything crazy to get a little bit of exercise in your day.

Im also a vegetarian so I will have plenty of veggie recipes for you that are DELICIOUS! If you are a meat eater, try switching at least one meal a day to vegetarian. Its easier than you think - trust me! Today I had awesome veggie chili that I made for me, my vegetarian boyfriend, and my meat loving dad. They all loved it and went back for 2nds - and 3rds!! And let me clear something up for you guys who don't know what the difference between and vegetarian and a vegan is.

Vegetarian: Doesnt eat meat but may eat dairy/eggs.
Vegan: Doesn't eat any animal products.

Not only will I provide you with information on how to lose weight, but I will tell you WHY it will help you lose weight. You will understand the reasoning and know you are doing your body good. You will feel better and love the new you!!
